❌ data migration
❌ new limitations on a new platform
And be sure you can't get along better by the small improvements:
✅ better processes within the current system for tracking who has next steps
✅ small notification tweaks to de-clutter email
✅ better documentation where it's needed and useful
✅ maybe (just maybe) a little research on how your platforms builtin AI could improve something like ticket triage
